ABOUT TAHA

I am Taha Kahveci, a pastry chef with professional experience in luxury hotel pastry kitchens.

My work focuses on modern pastry, chocolate creations, plated desserts, bakery production, and hotel amenities.

 

I have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments, where precision, consistency, and time management are essential. I am known for my ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and maintain high quality standards.

 

My approach combines technical pastry skills with visual presentation and product consistency, aiming to deliver refined desserts suitable for fine dining and luxury hospitality concepts.

Education:

  • Associate Degree in Cookery – Beykent University

  • High School of Cookery – Küçükçekmece IMKB Mesleki ve Teknik High School

  • Completed multiple professional internships in pastry kitchens
